We are trying to import some animations (FBX files) into Unity 4. We have followed every step in the process; frames are baked, dummy root bone added, etc. The model has two parts, a gun and a hammer (a child of the gun), both of which move. We have used similar techniques on a variety of other models. Unfortunately, when imported, only the hammer animates; the gun doesn’t at all. The same happens with all our models.

What are we doing wrong?

I hate to bump, but bump. This is holding up pretty much our entire project…
