Animated Model is Squished

Hey guys.

Everything is going smoother than I ever thought possible, which of course is the perfect time for something like this to happen


The bones for some reason imported from Blender (exported as FBX) squished, but the animations are running perfect. The only problem is that in scene view the model looks like this.

– First time this has happened and I haven’t been able to fix it with a simple re-import.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Also, for reference here is what it looks like the second any animation starts playing. It goes back to normal.

Did you animate it in blender or in unity? if you animated it in unity, make sure you didn’t change the scale. you could have accidentally clicked it, maybe?
