Animating blender model in unity

Hey i am new to unity and blender. I wanted to know if you can just make a model in blender with all its movable parts along with textures and export it to unity, and after that animate the model in unity only. Sorry for my bad english.

I asked this earlier, and the answer I got was that Unity is not an “authoring” software, and while you can animate models in a really limited way within Unity, the normal and best path is to animate in blender (or maya or whatever) and then import the animations into Unity.
