Animation: Are multiple bindposes in a rig supported?

Hi

I was wondering if multiple bindposes in a character rig are supported in Unity 3D. We imported a rig with multiple bindposes (7) and Unity seems to be handling the animation fine. The rig and animation have been setup in Maya 2012.

A friend mentioned that it’s a risk and might be a big problem that the rig has multiple bindposes, so I’m a bit worried we might run into problems.

It checked threads for information but could not find any. It would be very much apriciated if a community member could help out with this and let us now if we are running a risk or not.

We export a FBX file from Maya 2012.

Kind Regards,

Zoot

Ohhhhhhhhh, you could possibly make a terrain and use a tree brush. It can take as many different tree prefabs as you need it to and will randomly paint them with a density you choose.
