I am having a problem where certain movements are causing the model to become very bouncy, primarily around the Hip and Torso area (root and spine 1 / spine 2) although I can’t say with certainty if its the bones. The model and animation were both created and rigged in blender then exported to fbx.

Animation in Unity Inspector // GENERIC RIG: Works perfectly
Animation in Unity Inspector // HUMANOID RIG: Very bouncy around the hips and torso causing it to slink up and down like a spring.
Animation in Unity Play Mode // HUMANOID RIG: Same as above. Very bouncy
What could be causing this and what can I do to fix it?
