is it possible to set start position of unity animation clip with current transform position?

Yes, I do believe so.

You access the position of an animation clip like this:

animation["NameOfAnimation"].time = 0.0;

So if you wanted the animation to start 1 seconds ahead for every 100 units your transform moved, I suppose you could use something like:

animation["NameOfAnimation"].time = transform.position.z/100.0;
