Animation hierarchy pivot?

I am animating a standard character (rigged). I’mng a sword attack animation.

The probem is - when I bring the sword model and attach it to the Hand as a child object, the pivot point of the hand’s rotation changes to the middle point between the hand and the center.

How do I tell Unity to screw the Sword’s pivot and set the pivot to the parent object (the Hand)?
