I’m working to put a weapon animation set into Unity, importing animations from blender in the form of FBX files. However, every time I import, the animations import incorrectly. This is most often apparent in differences in the hand positioning.

I’ve searched as many threads as I can find about it and haven’t had any luck. any resources/tips you have which could point me in the direction of fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
