Animation works in preview but not ingame or in Scene

Hey,

i imported my fbx model+animations from Blender to Unity.

I have 5 animations. “glockshot” and “armreload” are animations by the armature…
These are the only animations that work!

“glockclipout”, “reloadslider” and “shotslider” are working in the preview but not ingame nor in the scene-tab.

i tried to play the animation “automatically” but thats also not working.

i think there is a problem with the hierachy but i am not 100% sure.

Okey I looked up some things… blender is exporting the parent wrong :confused:

And if I try to resolve this I need to “reparent” it right…

in this case its losing his prefab… what can I do?
