Animator states not displaying correctly in inspector with 2020.3.31f1

I downloaded 2020.3…31f1 yesterday, opened my project with it, and when I click on any state in the animator window, the inspector shows the name and tag of the state (as expected), but not any of the other information (Motion, speed, multiplier, etc…). It looks like the display is truncated right below the separator line under the tag field. I went back to 2020.3.30f1 and everything is fine. Any insight?

I have the same problem. The problem is that some of the states in the animator cannot be selected properly when clicked with the mouse, and the Information does not appear in the Inspector.

I have the same thing.
WTF?
This wasn’t even in previous version:rage:
Have you filed a bug report?

I had not filed a bug yet, I wanted to see if others were experiencing the same issue. Since they do, I have filed one - the case number is 1412135

I gave up using version 3.31f1 because of this problem…
I am disappointed that this problem occurred in the LTS version.

same here

Another victim here :frowning:

Got mail from unity QA, they are aware of the problem and plan to fix it in 2020.3.x, you can vote there to up the urgency: Unity Issue Tracker - Animation state properties not visible when the state has an outgoing transition

As noted in this thread , putting the Inspector in Debug mode might be workaround.
