I just stumbled over a new distribution platform for indie games:
Looks like a cool concept + it integrates Steam Greenlight “VOTE!” buttons per game which is a pretty cool idea.
It’s also possible to give away Desura and Steam keys over this platfrom.
Unfortunately i didn’t see much details (like revenue share) for the developers since the “Developer Center” just says "You do not currently belong to any Studios. " when you log in.

It is definitely nice to have another distribution option, and I hope they are a big success. But from a gamer’s point of view, I wonder how appealing the word “indie” is. I think, unfortunately, that many people associate indie with lower quality bargain games. Maybe it would be better to market the games as offbeat/unique/fresh/etc., rather than indie.
I think that depends a lot on which games they will offer in the end.
The Humble Indie Bundle f.ex. did very well with Indie in their title, because they offered high quality games.
