AI is a quite wide subject so I doubt you can find a tutorial that gives it all away but yes, there are tutorials regarding AI.

Some of the tutorials on the Unity website include writing simple AI
2D Roguelike - Unity Learn
Survival Shooter - Unity Learn

Google search for “Unity3d AI tutorial”: Google

Google search for “Programming game AI” also gives many results that might be helpful

I’m also quite certain there are many books on the subject that probably go more in depth that might be worth looking into. (I haven’t read any myself so I can’t give you any examples unfortunately but again, searching google for popular game AI programming books should probably come up with some results.)
