Hey there,
Are there any good and (most important) up-to-date tutorials on level creation using Unitys HDRP template? I came back to Unity after a few years of a break and I am trying to get a grasp of how to create good levels but it feels most things are very different from when I left Unity. When I left, I was simply using the 3D project template (as there were only 2D and 3D template to choose from) and went from there. Now - using HDRP - things seem pretty complex when it comes to lighting and post processing (which seems to be required for some lighting changes to even take place).
So my question is: could anyone point me to some good (preferably video) tutorials (which could really start at zero since most of this stuff seems pretty new for me) for level creation with HDRP since I feel like a total newb and I really want to create good looking levels with it.
I did a YouTube search but most videos I could find just explain the difference between the HDRP and the standard template.
Also, I am reading that the HDRP lacks some of the features from the built in render pipeline. As of now, which of the two (built-in or HDRP) would you guys suggest for creating a RPG / Survival game). Is HDRP even meant to create games or is it more likely used in ArchWiz and Cinematics?
Thanks in advance!
