Hi
I’m working on a project that will require localization soon. We can probably use something from the asset store but I would assume the Unity supported localization package will be the better choice in the long run. Is there any indication when this package will at least reach a supported “preview” stage?
We will appreciate some guidance to help make our development decisions.

PS Running 2019.4 LTS

We are aiming for a 2021.2 release which would be mid year. We plan to be feature ready for around May.
We do plan to continue supporting 2019.4 although I am unsure if we will be considered release for 2019.4 or just 2021.2+.

What about 2021.1 if not 2019.4?
It will be treated the same as 2019.4. We need to release at the same time as a Unity release and we have missed the 2021.1 window. The aim is to be released and providing long term support for 2021.2 LTS which means we need to be released by 2021.2.
We are still going through the internal release process so I dont know for sure what will apply to anything before our official release version (2021.2). We should have a clearer picture closer to release.

Will 2019LTS be supported
The plan is to support 2019.4 although we may not be able to support all features as some core API is not available in 2019.4.
