OK so I now wanna work on a few 3D games. The two I for sure have down has one being sort of like The Stanley Parable and the other being a TF2 like shooter game. I’m mainly looking at this second (for the first game, at least) at making the rooms, halls, etc.
Now, I’ve never worked with 3D modeling before. I downloaded Blender as it’s free and seems like it’s the best free 3D modeling software out there but my question is: How hard is it to go from completely new to being able to make these sort of games? I know there are also assets out there but I don’t want to pay for things (not alot of money on me!) and also would kinda like to learn this stuff to.
Tl;dr, how hard is it to learn 3D modeling and are there any good 3D tutorials out there for newbs like me?
