Any option to use the old asset store, immediately reroutes me to the new store.

Whether from profile drop-down, or links within the view for store, or individual item. It briefly flashes the old store, and then automatically reroutes me to the new one.

Why even give an option to go the old store, if this is the behavior?

2nd q: where can I find “support email” as it was in the old store, on the new store?

Can’t help you with the first part, but for the support email, the only way I’ve seen is to click on the link of the asset developer’s name at the top of the page, then click the mail icon.

I personally don’t care for the new layout. It takes up too much screen space and side scrolling is navigation hell. There are many things missing that were in the old. Was it really broke in the first place?

Even if the new one is objectively superior…I think it’s likely a bug to allow for options in multiple places to revert to old store, but as soon as you hit that link, it will only briefly flash the old store before automatically rerouting you to the new one again (making it impossible to ever use the old style).
