The current project uses BIRP but i’m so familiar with VFX graph and would like to add ribbons that i’m looking to run VFX graph on that pipeline.
Are there up ports of v10 which i think is the last one to support BIRP, or perhaps v14 that run BIRP?
in 2022.3.18 (i swear we spend more time juggling pipelines and version than devving)

VFX Graph is not and will not be supported on built-in render pipeline . It is built in a way that requires things only available on SRPs (Urp or Hdrp).
To create particle effect on BIRP, you will have to use particle system.

It used to work so it’s possible, note: i’m not asking for Unity to support it, it’s clearly a hack.
