I logged into the Unity Ads dashboard last Monday and saw that “Your organization’s dashboard access has been revoked for violation of the Unity Gaming Services Terms of Service.” However reading through the document, I don’t think we have done anything that violated the rule.
I tried to submitted the ticket, it’s been 7 days and I haven’t heard back yet.
Can anybody help me here with tips if you have experienced the same thing?
