When I click edit > preferences, nothing happens. It appears the window for preferences may be floating off screen somewhere?? Resetting the layout doesn’t help. Please! This is infuriating to deal with. There’s no clear indication what’s going wrong, if anything. No errors in the console.
OOOH it was a multi monitor issue. the edge of the window was in the bot right corner of monitor 1 on the left with editor running on the right monitor.
