I have purchased/downloaded/integrated a number of paid and free assets. I noticed with the latest asset store interface the way to see if a package needs an update is to set the view mode to be “status” and the packages that need refreshing are avaialble at the bottom. I preferred the old way where the status was available in the regular view.
It would be nice if that asset store provided some tool or way to manage asset versions within projects. I am finding I am losing track between projects/versions what I have assets I have installed and @ what version. Some assets like EZ GUI have a easy way to see the current version … with others it’s a guessing game.
It would also be nice if “certain” editor extensions could be installed in a way that they were automatically available across all projects at the current Unity level.
