Anyone can give me some hints on how to get the look/shaders as seen Genshin Impact?

There is this game which from what I’ve figured out till now it uses unity HDRP setup. They have Subsurface Scattering and this works only on HDRP, is this correct?

If someone can points some store assets, tutorials, hints, anything that can let me know how do I get that cartoon/cell shading look using HDRP?
