Anyone else having trouble submitting to the Asset Store lately?

Hi to all!

I’m wondering if I’m the victim of a random bug, or if others are having similar issues. Here’s the situation :

-submitted a new asset 10 days ago
-no confirmation e-mail
-in my publisher account, asset does show up in the “Pending Review” tab

A kind soul on the forums suggested I resubmit, which I tried but encounterd the following problem :

Unable to login when prompted after clicking Asset StoreTools → Package Manager (“please re-login to asset-store” pop-up, however many times I enter my info, won’t go away)

-Still able to login fine through Asset StoreTools → Publisher Administration, where my submission still appears under “Pending Review” tab.

I sent a PM to Caitlyn, as well as an email to assetstore@unity3d.com

Any other victims to make me feel less lonely?

BTW, Sorry about missing your PM… I don’t usually check my forum PM’s nearly as frequently as email (which I do religiously), it’s probably not the best way to reach staff members (or, at least, Caitlyns). I should probably get in the habit, though. :slight_smile:

Update : after deleting and re-importing Asset Store Tools, I was finally able to resubmit and did get a confirmation e-mail right away.

Lesson learned : if you don’t get the confirmation e-mail, resubmit, even if your asset appears in your publisher account. If you can’t resubmit, delete and re-import Asset Store Tools.

I wish I hadn’t lost 10 days on that one…

Update 2: And that I had emailed Caitlyn earlier. Issues solved, submission accepted, yippee!
