Anyone having issues getting responses from support@unity3d.com?

As per the title, anyone having issues getting responses from support? I’ve had tickets open since Jan and the last time I received any response from Unity was almost a month ago.

I’m owed about 10k now, which I understand is peanuts to them, but I would really love to be able to receive these funds. I have 9 other ad providers paying me without issue but I can’t get payments from Unity paid to my US bank account.

So is it just me or are you having issues too?

Looking at your account, I see a support ticket opened on Jan 22 and a reply was sent from our Accounts Payable department on Jan 23.

If you open a new ticket via the Ads support email address, I can forward that response to you.
