Anything closer to Jet-Set Radio then the toon shader

Hi guys, I really like Cell Shaded games, but the toon shader seems a bit meh. Like if its the best Unity has i’ll role with it , but I really want that Jet Set Radio look for my game !

Detail what’s wrong with the toon shader; “meh” isn’t helpful.

Its hard to say whats wrong with the toon shader … It just doesn’t seem Cell Shaded enough … eh I might have to hire a artist to do so pro models
