This is a part of the Apartment visualization i am presently doing.
Its very difficult to make trees that match with the lightmapping…this is the main issue i am facing now…
the scene is 85k and 86 drawcalls…not fully optimized…some animations are there…not smoother…

Nice work…! What did you use to create the lightmaps? I love the camera, nice a smooth, you must share your camera script.!!
The tiling on your textures could use a little work, but other than that its nice.!
Nice to see more folks trying more arch viz with Unity, we should create a group here within unity for architectural visualisers.

lightmaps are max/vray and in unity some are unlit texture(bakes) and daniellm.shader lightmap shaders (for lightmap)
Camera script is my own…its an averaging script made with animation curve for smoothing…
I was going to ask whether we can have an archviz group here…
