i tried to install apk on the phone after building the project .it says apk not installed no mobile.

One of my testing devices has a lot of trouble connecting with my pc. The method I use to test my apps on this device is to email the apk to myself using gmail. When you open the email, you can then download and install the apk.
Does adb devices show your device when it is connected to your computer?
Make sure that in the settings like you device allows Unknown Sources. I know it’s a given to most people but some people don’t know or forget.
