Hello. Unity does not read the app-ads.txt file. There has been an error for two days. Can you check your app-ads.txt files? Is it a general problem?

Same here, maybe it’s a platform error, I thought I had to update it, I did and I still see the error hehe
I updated the file 6 times but it didn’t work

We were aware of that issue and deployed a possible fix, so it should be fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I get this error:
Your App-Ads URL produced an error which caused a rejection (timedOutWaitingForPublisher) when contacted by our agent. Please verify your /app-ads.txt resource supports programmatic access from the public network.
But when I try url via curl I get 200 status code

I believe the issue raised at the top of this thread has been resolved and is unrelated to the current situation. Maybe, it appears the server was somehow refusing access from Unity.
Please note that the app-ads.txt feature on the Unity Monetization Dashboard is just a simple checking tool that verifies accessibility and displays missing lines if the file isn’t up-to-date. The app-ads.txt file will actually be crawled by ad networks and SSPs.
Please kindly consider using other validation tools for app-ads.txt.

We always keep updating the app-ads.txt, I bet there you will see a list of the missing items.
I think there have been a lot of updates recently Currently, after updating my app-ads.txt file, I no longer have an issue with it. However, I am still experiencing a problem with the Unity Ads report under the Reporting tab. I can’t see any data for project-based, platform-based, daily, or country-specific metrics; only the total figures at the top are visible. Could this issue be specific to me? Is there a chance you could look into this?

This seems off-topic, but we’re aware of this issue on the Reporting page and are working on it. We don’t have ETA for the fix. Please be patient and apologize in this matter.
