After researching can someone please confirm this is correct.
When integrating ads into a game that is not yet published. Does that mean there would be a time at the beginning of publishing when no monetization can be possible even though the game would be available to the users, due to the process of getting approved by the partner ads networks ?
If so,
the workflow is as follows:
- Integrate mediator plugin.
- Test the ads via open/closed/internal testing option on PlayStore? (But if the ad network partners have not yet approved my game for their services how can I test them)
- Publish game and then over time get approved by the partner networks and enable them on Admobs or LevelPlay’s dashboard. (Do I need to update anything internally project/code wise? Or the step 1 is enough and only dashboard of mediator and partner network ID’s is enough) ?

Did not expect ads integration to be such a swamp
