App removed from Google Play (Fabric SDK problem - collects persistent device identifiers)

Around 1 year ago they removed it due to something similar, it “collects persistent device identifiers”. I had to update Unity Ads SDK to solve it.

But now it seems different. I don´t know if it is related to Unity Ads again, it´s now pointing to “Fabric SDK problem”. I tried to found some information about it using Unity but no luck.

I am using Unity 2019.2.17, I tried to update the App to a newer Unity version, but I can´t get it to work, so this is why I am sticking to this Unity version. Note that this is an Augmented Reality App (if it matters).

Any insights would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance:
