have I to pay VAT on the money from Apple? I live in the EU. Everyone tells me something else.
I’m pretty sure VAT only applies if you are the reseller of the product in question, in this case the reseller would be Apple and therefore all money you earn should already be VAT taxed through Apple, since VAT are applied in the price when a costumer purchases an app on the App Store. Since the European branch of Apple is based in Luxembourg, you will be taxed 15% in VAT for European based purchases.
