I have PlayToDeviceHost 1.1.4 and PolySpatial 1.0.3, both on the same machine. According to the Version Compatibility Matrix (📌 Play to Device), these are compatible versions. They are the only version available (that I can find). Any ideas why I’m getting this message when I try to set up Play to Device? Or how to fix it?
That compatibility matrix is out of date. The Play to Device version must match the PolySpatial version. I suggest upgrading to PolySpatial 1.1.4.
Looks like the only way to update the PolySpatial package is to “Remove and re-add the packages using the package manager.” However, after I removed the PolySpatial package, it no longer appears in the Package Manager list under Unity Registry. According to Unity Hub, the visionOS module is installed. After I quit and restarted Unity, it went into safe mode where I can do nothing.
You should be able to add it by name. Alternately, you can edit Packages/manifest.json directly.
