Apple Dev Provisioning Portal: Renewed but no access

Hi

Wondered if anyone else has had this issue. I renewed my iOS Dev Certificate membership with Apple a month before it was due to expire, which was 3 days ago. Today, I have no access to the Provisioning Portal, and I can’t build to devices because my iphone dev certificate has expired.

I have receipts etc from Apple, but their site is so s**t, that I can’t see who to contact about this. Anyone have any ideas? Feeling a bit ripped off as we’re trying to test atm and this has brought our project to a standstill.

You would contact the apple developer relationships department.

Question is if you really renewed it or by error subscribed to the mac dev program

You had me paranoid there for a moment! Just checked the invoice/receipt and it says "iOS Developer Program "

Odd thing is it says that my new expiration date is Sep 08, 2013. I built to the device last time about 2 days ago, but today have a ‘valid signing identity not found’ issue on the organiser…Hence why i went to the Portal to see what was going on and found i had no access.

Thanks for the tip @ Relationships department - found it and lodged a request for help, but fear that they won’t get round to it until my Tuesday, which is a big setback.
