Any videoconferencing or remote control software. Skype, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.

The other option is to build the archviz equivalent of MineCraft, networking and all

(Huge undertaking. Do it only if serious!)

Real time multi-collab is the future in my opinion. It just has to properly work with source control and it’ll be golden.
