Archviz Lighting Help Needed - complete noob

Hi unity peeps, I’m building an environment for an archviz apartment and have adapted models form some other environments to use in the one I’m building. Im at the point now of having everything in the environment and can play the scene and move around as I want to with no problem - now I want to get the lighting right… where do I start to adjust the UV map or UV coordinates of the models I’ve used to get a uniform, good looking interior light environment working?
The tutorials I’ve read are confusing me so I thought to come ask for some plain English lead in to the topic of how to rework my lighting so it looks natural.

Thanks for your help!

You can use Probuilder to UV map inside of Unity.

I’ve just made a tutorial on rendering lighting with Mental Ray in Maya, that could give some nice photorealistic lighting for interior arch viz. This might not be the way you want to go, but it’s an option.
