ARCore 1.0 - Samsung Galaxy S8 no longer working

Hello,

I’ve been testing ARCore preview 1 and 2 on my Samsung Galaxy S8, and both preview versions worked as expected. However, I’m unable to get ARCore 1.0 working on Galaxy S8. Even the “HelloAR” test scene in the package is unable to work. It opens up the window asking me to update ARCore from Google Play (nice feature though), but after updating it’s still not working. In the log I see the following:

It unfortunately looks like Galaxy S8 is not supported, which I guess is a mistake. Is there a way to get ARCore 1.0 working on Samsung Galaxy S8?

This is not expected. What is the version of ARCore installed on your device? You can see this in the settings menu.
