ARCore: How do I measure dimensions of an object?

Hello, and please accept my apologies if this is a trivial question.

I need to measure the dimensions of an object in ARCore. Is there a direct correlation in Unity Units to Base Reality Units, mm or inches or whatever?

Yes, ARCore units are in meter, same as Unity units.
