Are Ads Payments supported in India

Hello.
I haven’t made anything yet, but I want to know ads payment is supported in India and in which bank.
I somewhere read (I don’t remember the link) that unity ads payment are only supported in specific bank. Is it true.

“The invoice must contain all necessary payment information for wire transfer:
a. Bank name and account number (IBAN is required from all EU area payments)
b. Your bank’s SWIFT number. If it doesn’t have a SWIFT code, please provide the routing information provided by your bank + bank name”
