Are PlayerPrefs backed up in iCloud?

I am looking at Apple’s Data Storage Guidelines (Optimizing Your App’s Data for iCloud Backup | Apple Developer Documentation) which state that

Is PlayerPrefs part of that home directory? Reason I ask is because I don’t see any good solution to syncing and saving a game on iOS (like Google Play Games for Android)

I’m fairly certain that they’re stored as preferences, which I’m fairly sure are synced to cloud backups.

That said, PlayerPrefs is generally a poor way to save data. Writing directly to files is much better, and you’ll be able to put it into exactly the folder you want so that you know for sure it’s syncing.
