Are there any keyboard shortcuts to switch between transform tools?

Q will switch you to the select/grab tool
W will switch you to the transform (move object) tool
E will switch you to the rotation tool
R is the scale tool

F will “focus” you in on a selected object. Double-clicking an object in hierarchy also does this.

I’m sure there are more, but those are the only basic ones I’ve really played with (I’m pretty new to Unity)

You can set them in the Keys preferences in Unity.
