The only place where the Job System can really help out (at the moment at least) is something that isn’t supported.
Wait, do i understand that right- there is no Raycast, SphereCast, OverlapSphere in Job System?
There is for 3D, but not for 2D.
Oh damn, i am sorry to hear that mate and i agree this is inconsistent.
They should make this available for 2D aswell.
Wouldn’t say this is the only case where the job system is highly useful but indeed it would be very nice to have this.
