Are there any programs for generating custom skyboxes?

I personally use Vue. There’s a free version that might work for skyboxes, but I’m not sure. Other than that, I’m not really sure.
There are a lots of tutorials out there for using different applications to make them. I’ve muddled around with Bryce to make them.
I second the notion of VUE… I use it for the creation of my levels and sky textures…

I use Terragen to create a photorealistic sky and terrains.
You can follow this tutorial on how to render a skybox on Terragen.
I am also using Vue debit card online. you can search and download the free version. it is good.
This also works in Vue…
I use Bryce 3D. V7 Pro is currently free at the moment.
