Are there cases where the Unity lifecycle is running very slowly?

It doesn’t happen on phones. This is a phenomenon that occurs in ldplayer, and when checking the log, the time scale is 1, the fixed time scale is 0.02, and the delta time is 0.33333. Delta time is a very large number, so it looks fixed.
The frame count slowly increases by 1 when slowed down. In what cases would this happen?
