Allthough the assets seem great, so far the support seems to be non-existent. I’ve contacted Arteria through the email posted on the website with the above questions too, but unfortunately I haven’t gotten any repsonse via that way either.
The membership that was listed for $18.90, a sale price which would last for 2 days and a few hours (counting down on the website), is now (not even 12 hours later) listed as $139.00 sale price (original price = $189.00).
This gives me … mixed feelings about the offers and combined with the seemingly non-existent support (perhaps reactions will come after the weekend…) it gives mixed feelings about the company as well cause this is not the first I’ve posted about things that seemed wrong/not the same in their posts here and their website.
With an earlier offer of Arteria I had reported a discrepancy between what was posted here on the forums and what was actually on the website and I never got a response to that either… I’ve seen several other posts where praise got a repsonse, but a question for support didn’t seem to get a response.
That doesn’t feel good to me.
Sorry, but I thought I had to say that. I hope things get better in the future! Maybe it’s the hectic of the relaunch of the site that there hasn’t been a response or maybe Steve hasn’t seen the responses here on the forum on several posts and thus hadn’t responded to the questions asked. It can happen. I understand that. So I really hope things do go better in the future, especially since the assets do look great!
