Artifacts when baking Navmesh

Hello, I am getting artifacts when baking a Navmesh.
It mostly happens with stair and ramps.
Here is a screenshot of what I mean.
It is very common. I mean like 70% or more of the stairs/ramps have problems.
I even get it if I use cube shapes(it don’t get much simpler than that.)
How are you guys handling this?

So I found a workaround(fix?).
Setting the Override Tile Size true and Tile Size to 64 got rid of the artifacts.
But not sure how this will affect performance though.
