Hi Dara,

I appreciate your sentiment and we are taking a look at the latest on the thread you’ve called out. However, as a community forum we do want real dialogue that helps us understand where we are failing as a product organization and can do better. We welcome positive comments as well. Naturally we will make judgment calls on which pieces of feedback we should act on and which we shouldn’t.

Allowing for transparency helps us all, as you can see what we see. If others are seeing similar issues and add their own feedback, that helps us see patterns and resolve them.

If posts create a hostile environment, promote harassment, or are egregiously off-topic, we will address those situations more aggressively. Link to our Code of Conduct.
