Asking for Some Suggestions for unity 2019

I will be developing a Mobile VR tour and Disaster Preparedness app for an external client. I am a freelance dev.

but my current rig broke down and i am on super tight budget

i am planning to buy a cheap Dell 7010, which is an i5 3470 3.2GHZ CPU and i will salvage what ram and SSD and HDD on my old rig

i am hoping its final specs will be

DELL 7010

CPU: i5 3470
GPU: GTX 1050 ti MINI (the ZOtac low profile)
RAM: 16GB DDR3
SSD: 250GB (if possible to fit but if not its fine)
HDD: 2TB WD Black

MY previous Rig which MoBo, CPU and PSU broke down. due to excessive lightning strikes this last storm we had

will the new build be able to run or support my mobile VR project?

the VR tools and objects are just low-Mid poly count.

any advise would help as i am on a very strict budget currently and need to finish this. Thank you

What’s your budget? What country are you in for hardware purchase recommendations?

It super depends on your target platform and rendering goals.

If your target platform is lower spec than your current machine, all should generally be well - since if things are slow on your machine they will be slower on your target (so you know you need to optimize).

If your target platform is at your specs or higher then you things can be much harder.

I honestly have mixed feelings about development on much higher spec hardware than target, if you’re looking at PC release, its very easy to allow slippage where you can creep the requirements higher instead of optimizing. But on the other side, being able to run smoothly while things aren’t properly optimized without life becoming a laggy nightmare is great.
