Asset bundle downloading and saving to device

Does, will the new 3.2 support the ability to download asset bundles from a web server and save them on the android device so the game doesn’t have to download content all the time. We have a market in our game where several assets will be added a week or every other week and I wanted to make sure this could be done with Android and if so are their any docs for this?
