I was having an issue on the 2020 alpha, then i jumped into the 2019 beta, and after last update it has the same issue i was having on the alpha, the problem is, i have an asset bundle that contains an sprite atlas, this sprite atlas has the flag “Include in Build” disabled cause i don’t want it on the base game, instead i want to load it dynamically from the asset bundle file, which was working fine on the past exactly same way, but now, if i don’t mark the “Include in Build”, when loading the sprites from the sprite atlas on the game, they all appear as white sprites, they name are there correctly on the scene view, but the image itself is just a blank image, then on marking the option to “Include in Build” (not changing a single line of code), the images appears again, but i don’t want it to be included on the base game, but instead loaded from the bundle only.
If it used to work fine in earlier Unity releases, then you probably found a regression. In this case I think it’s from advantage if you submit a bug-report as described in this document:
It’s important that you report these issues together with a reproduction project if you want them to get fixed. If you don’t do it, it might be a long time until someone else reports them or until Unity Technologies find them.
After you submitted the bug-report, you receive a confirmation email with a bug-report Case number. Please post the Case number (number only, not the link) in this forum thread for Unity staff to pick up.
