The problem was to leave the company field empty and when I put some text in it , the purchase was completed

That actually worked for me, thanks. No idea why this had to be done to solve it though, you’d think Unity would have a less janky system for buying stuff.

This kinda worked for me too! I cleared all input fields and typed it in again and it worked.

unfortunately this is also an issue for me and re-doing the fields from scratch and/or punching in a company didn’t do the trick.

I’m trying to give you money Unity… everywhere I look on threads for this issue, it’s people saying they aren’t getting a response back from support. seems like a problem.

Same here too.It’s been 2 days and my money was not returned, although it was withdrawn money, there is neither money nor asset. This is really scam, i want to this fixed.
