Hi, I don’t have the “asset package manager” option in my tabs.I uploaded 2 images.
In new Version of assets store tools you don’t need that you can upload your package like this:
Go to Publisher Admin Page in your browser, then “Create New Package”
Now Open Package Upload in Unity Editor, Upload your package and
then submit using publisher admin page from your browser.
